In Kindergarten we are answering the question ‘Why does caring for others bring us closer to God?’
So far this term we have been busy learning about all of the gifts God has given us in Creation by exploring Scripture.
This week students in Kindergarten are learning how to identify God’s family and what it looks like. Students were each given a balloon to blow up and release into the air.
Apart from this being extremely fun, it signified how everyone in God’s family is different and goes different ways and does different things, but God’s love for each of us is the same.
The students had a great time with the activity. Thank you Miss Antonelli for a fantastic lesson!

A HUGE shout out to this amazing little gymnast. In August she had the opportunity to both train and compete at the Waverley Gymnastics Centre in Melbourne. She was lucky enough to meet Australian gymnast Emily Whitehead and then compete. This super star placed 1st on vault, 1st on beam and 2nd on floor resulting in her finishing 1st overall individually and 1st overall as part of her team!!! Well done you should be so proud of yourself and the work you did to achieve these fantastic results!!! 💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛

Happy happy birthday to all our St Bernie’s children who celebrated in AUGUST!!! There were jumping castles, soccer gala days, family and friends parties, going out to brunch, lunch or dinner, going to Timezone or Athletics, not to mention a book parade. There were also lots of yummy birthday cakes to be eaten, including MarioKart, Fortnite, chocolate, rainbow and ice cream cakes!!! There were even cupcakes and ice blocks at school for friends. Our kids certainly know how to celebrate their birthday’s!!! 💛🎉🎂🥳🎈🎊🎁
