Today, along with 6275 other schools, St Bernadette’s took a stand against bullying and violence.
The National Day of Action against Bullying and Violence (NDA) is Australia’s key bullying prevention initiative, connecting schools and communities to find workable solutions to bullying and violence.
Our day commenced with our School Representative Council leading each stage in prayer. We participated in activities that help arm our students with the ability to combat bullying and violence in their day to day lives.
The resources we used for activities throughout each of our learning spaces aim to help students understand and recognise what bullying is, how to report it, and where to get help.
The students also created a wonderful mural to stand together today to say BULLYING. NO WAY!

They certainly celebrated in style from pool parties to Timezone and Flip out, even going out to fancy restaurants with family, they did it all!! Last week we had our last Kindy 2026 Orientation Morning!!! The children had a wonderful time in the classrooms and their parents enjoyed learning all about next year.
