While awaiting our carpet delivery, we worked on updating other parts of the learning space.
We have new display boards throughout the space which has allowed us to create more zones for students to access.
After careful consideration and a touch of heavy lifting, our updated room is looking fantastic. Yesterday the students moved back into the learning space and their reactions were priceless! Already students are utilising the new spaces and getting on with their hard thinking.
The Kindergarten team and students would like to thank everyone involved in creating such an amazing learning environment and we can’t wait to spend more time learning within the space.

Our PreSchool visits have restarted this term. Not only do our Stage 3 student leaders enjoy their time but the little preschoolers also love our visit. Not to mention some of our kids get to reconnect with their past preschool teachers - such beautiful moments!!! πππππππ

Tomorrow or Stage 1 students will continue with their Kitchen Garden Program. Both Year 1 and Year 2 in small groups work out in Blueyβs Patch tending to the veggie garden and then get βcookingβ and prepare something using items they have gathered from the patch. Last term they made flavoured their water using herbs from the garden and other fruits. A great way to get kids interested and trying healthy food. What will they make this term??? ππΏππΏππΏππΏ

Last term we celebrated two of our beautiful Early Career Teachers - Miss Sultana & Miss Dring. We have been so blessed with these beautiful young ladies already and they are so new to their vocation. Both ladies have such beautiful passion for their work, amazing dedication to all they undertake, they are fantastic educators, and most importantly they love our kids and our school. On Friday we celebrated our ANZAC Day Liturgy a little differently due to the unpredictable weather. Year 3, 4 and KBlue gathered in the year 3 space and all the other classes gathered in their respective spaces. Our Stage 3 Mission Team led our liturgy with KBlue in charge of the Gospel procession and 3Gold sharing their reflections. Our students were both respectfully and prayerful. We will remember them.
