In Kindergarten we are answering the question ‘Why does caring for others bring us closer to God?’
So far this term we have been busy learning about all of the gifts God has given us in Creation by exploring Scripture.
This week students in Kindergarten are learning how to identify God’s family and what it looks like. Students were each given a balloon to blow up and release into the air.
Apart from this being extremely fun, it signified how everyone in God’s family is different and goes different ways and does different things, but God’s love for each of us is the same.
The students had a great time with the activity. Thank you Miss Antonelli for a fantastic lesson!

This year we started our HARMONY DAY celebrations with a liturgy in the Church. We are a CATHOLIC community so gathering in prayer provides opportunity for us all to develop and share our faith! 700+ Unite for Project Compassion Big Water Walk
More than 700 students and staff from 23 schools across Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) came together for Caritas Australiaβs Big Water Walk in support of Project Compassion. Beginning at Parramatta Park, students carried buckets of water along a 4km route, gaining a glimpse of the daily journey faced by people in developing communities, especially women and children, in search of clean water.

Last Sunday was International Womenβs Day! And I am so grateful for all the wonderful women I have had and continue to have the privilege of working alongside.
