In Kindergarten we are answering the question ‘Why does caring for others bring us closer to God?’
So far this term we have been busy learning about all of the gifts God has given us in Creation by exploring Scripture.
This week students in Kindergarten are learning how to identify God’s family and what it looks like. Students were each given a balloon to blow up and release into the air.
Apart from this being extremely fun, it signified how everyone in God’s family is different and goes different ways and does different things, but God’s love for each of us is the same.
The students had a great time with the activity. Thank you Miss Antonelli for a fantastic lesson!

Congratulations to this skilful young man! He has been selected to join the U9s JDL team out of 300 talented children! He was one of the ten children who were picked to join the Team for the season of 2025. This is an awesome step towards achieving his dream of becoming a professional football player! Last Friday we said “HATS OFF TO TEACHERS” on World Teachers Day!! And what a group of AMAZING teachers we have here at St Bernadette’s.
