In Kindergarten we are answering the question ‘Why does caring for others bring us closer to God?’
So far this term we have been busy learning about all of the gifts God has given us in Creation by exploring Scripture.
This week students in Kindergarten are learning how to identify God’s family and what it looks like. Students were each given a balloon to blow up and release into the air.
Apart from this being extremely fun, it signified how everyone in God’s family is different and goes different ways and does different things, but God’s love for each of us is the same.
The students had a great time with the activity. Thank you Miss Antonelli for a fantastic lesson!

Last Sunday was International Womenβs Day! And I am so grateful for all the wonderful women I have had and continue to have the privilege of working alongside. A HUGE shout out to the students who competed in the Blacktown Zone Swimming Carnival last week!!! They did a wonderful job representing our school and swimming to the best of their abilities!! We had a very successful day winning a few races, breaking a record and some students going on to the Diocesan Swimming Carnival next week. Thanks to Miss Savva and Mrs Pollard for supporting them in the day. ππππππππππ
